• Guinness Beer Cheese Dip , 24 hr11Irish white cheddar, classic cheddar and cream, finished with Guinness and left to sit 24 hours. People order it by the tub at Christmas.

Mains

• Fish & Chips21Two whole 4 oz cod fillets in beer batter, cider-water fries. Whole fillets, so you can see exactly what you are eating.
• Fenian's Smash Burger , Build it16Beef we pay up for, smashed hard on the flat top, malt vinegar aioli. Build it how you like: every add-on is the same flat price.
• Toasties14Pressed on white rye. Ham, turkey, Reuben, or pimento cheese and bacon. Deli meat we do not cut corners on, malt vinegar aioli on all four.

Salads

• Wedge11Cut cold and thick, dressed at the pass. Knife and fork.
